Shipping policy

Coconut Dreams is committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes  15-20 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues outside of our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at lorelei.support@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
